3. Digital Downloads
By purchasing a digital music download, you agree that the download will be made available to you immediately upon payment. You acknowledge that due to the nature of digital products, you waive your right of withdrawal once the download has been initiated, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Digital downloads are for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of downloaded music files is strictly prohibited and may constitute copyright infringement.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in EUR. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be completed before an order is processed.
5. Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Returns
Our return policy is outlined in our separate Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.
7. Intellectual Property
All music content sold through our store is protected by copyright. Purchasing a download grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to listen to the music for personal use only.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JohnLaurantOfficial shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
