Return and Refund Policy

Clothing

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason. This is in accordance with European consumer law.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a full refund within 14 days via your original payment method.

Digital Downloads (Music)

Digital products such as music downloads are non-refundable once the download has been initiated. By completing your purchase and starting the download, you agree to waive your right of withdrawal for this digital product, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

International Customers (Outside the EU)

For customers outside the EU, you have 7 days from the date of receipt to return clothing items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Digital downloads are non-refundable worldwide.
